Shall oversee the operations of the Information Technology and Media Department.
Shall be responsible for setting up and supervision of print and electronic production studios.
Shall ensure the automation and continuous upgrading and provision of up to date Information Technology in all departments of the ministry.
Shall be responsible for the production of print and electronic materials.
Shall ensure that there is coverage and recording of all meetings and events that require such.
Ensure all equipment is bought and well taken care of.
Shall appoint leaders in this department in consultation with the board.
Shall design and maintain the organisation website and online store.
