- This ministry shall recruit and employ members of staff to run various affairs on clear terms and conditions as stipulated by the Human Capital Policy document.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of ( 1 ), this ministry shall expect all members to offer freewill service to this ministry as unto the Lord.
