Director of real estates

Will in charge of all construction, renovations and maintenance of all ministry properties
Shall at all times keep update records of all property that is owned by the ministry including those on lease.
Will recommend modern changes and trends in upholding value of the property.
Will also supervise all contractors and civil works of the ministry
An updated list of all compliance requirements must be kept and ready for action
Ensure that the buildings adhere to legal standards and requirements
